Regulated security tokens for the EU market
A European-Commission-backed delivery at CTU Prague, the kind of project the EU's Q4 2026 EBSI production launch will demand at scale. ProDevel advised the product and architecture: issuing and trading European bonds as regulated security tokens, with a compliant secondary market, on EBSI and Hyperledger Besu.

Institutions won't move size into tokenized assets they can't price the risk of. That pricing layer barely existed, so we founded it: RWArmor, parametric risk infrastructure built on Atomica, with a three-tranche capital stack and custom oracle design. The consortium around it now includes Ondo, Centrifuge, Securitize, Pharos and OnRe.

ProDevel is Rado Pátuš's practice. When you hire us, the person who designs your architecture is the person you talked to on the first call — and the one still answerable when it's live.
